The Community Cessation Initiative is a free program available to all Franklin County adults (18 and older) who use tobacco products. When you enroll in the program, we'll connect you with the help and support you need to stop using tobacco.
All you have to do is complete the short form below. You'll get a call within 72 hours from a Franklin County Public Health staff member, who will ask you a few simple questions before referring you to a service provide most appropriate for you. The service provider will give you the information, counseling and encouragement you need to stop using tobacco.
Regardless of insurance coverage, all individual and group counseling services are free of charge.

WHAT IS CCI
The Community Cessation Initiative (CCI) is a multi-year program funded by the Ohio Department of Health th help adults in Franklin County quit using tobacco. In coordination with several organizations in central Ohio, CCI provides tobacco users with free individual or group counseling, as well as nicotine therapy, follow-up support and relapse treatment.
