Community Health Map

This community health needs assessment is the result of a broad collaborative effort, coordinated by the Central Ohio Hospital Council (COHC), and is intended to help the local public health system better understand the health needs and priorities of Franklin County residents.

The 2016 Health Map is an update to the initial Health Map 2013. In some cases, new indicators were identified for 2016 that were not included in the previous report.
