Charlie has been with Franklin County Public Health since 1997 and has worked in nearly every environmental health program through the years. He started out as a sanitarian-in-training in the public health nuisance program and has held the position of program manager, supervisor, and now is a Division Manager that oversees the Community Environmental Health program, Vector Control program, and Plumbing and Medical Gas program. He also is the environmental health lead for Legionella investigations and outbreaks.
