What We Do

Lead-based paint may be present in any house built before 1978. When lead-based paint is damaged, a child can become poisoned. We can determine where lead-based paint is in your home and can tell you how to reduce or stop the harm that lead-based paint causes.

How We Help

Lead-Based Paint Inspection:

All painted surfaces of the inside and outside of the home are tested to learn if lead-based paint is in your home. The testing does not cause damage to the paint or your home.

Risk Assessment:

Our staff will do a visual inspection of your home and collect dust and soil samples to learn if the lead- based paint found is creating a hazard.

Clearance Inspection:

A clearance inspection happens after home renovation jobs are done. Our staff will review the renovation work, make sure that the work was done right, and collect samples to make sure the work areas were cleaned fully.
